What Is Qigong?
Qigong is a ancient Chinese mind and body practice that is mostly used for healing. It’s a simple standing meditation with very gentle hands movements that relaxes the body and mind, activates Vegas Nerve and enables body’s natural ability to heal. Qigong involves whole-body movement, mind focus, and deep breathing that opens body’s energy pathways, promotes smooth energy flow and restores organ harmony. This self-cultivation practice produces powerful healing results. It is also an excellent practice for anti-aging. Qigong is also called “Moving Meditation,” which benefits body, mind, and spirit.
What Is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is an internal martial art that is now mostly practiced as a meditation and used for its health benefits. It involves a series of slow, meditative body movements that were originally designed for self-defense and now used to improve balance, coordination, health, and supports healing, relaxation and disease prevention. Tai chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. In fact, because tai chi is a low-impact exercise, it may be especially suitable if you’re an older adult who otherwise may not exercise.
What Is Tai Chi Easy?
TaiChi Easy is unique style developed by Dr. Roger Jahnke. It’s different from traditional Tai Chi, the postures are less demanding and class is more focused on health and meditation. TaiChi Easy method simplifies traditional TaiChi movements so everyone can learn and enjoy this beautiful practice and its health benefits.
