Tai Chi classes

and Qigong 

We offer Qigong Meditation and Tai Chi classes, virtual or in person. In person classes are held outside in the park, weather permitting.
We also offer corporate Tai Chi and meditation and classes for Retirement Communities, Hospitals, Senior Centers, Cancer Support Centers.

Tai Chi classes

We offer beginners Tai Chi classes. In person group or private classes arheld outside in the park, weather permitting. We work on basic Tai Chi hands movements, proper posture, Tai Chi walk, slowly working towards learning Form 24, Yang style.
Tai Chi Easy is unique style developed by Dr. RogeJahnke. Its different from traditional Tai Chi, the postures are less demanding and class is more focused on health and meditation. Tai Chi Easy method simplifies traditional Tai Chi movements so everyone can learn and enjoy this beautiful practice and it’s health benefit.

Qigong classes

We offer Qigong Meditation group classes, virtual or in person. In person classes are held outside and at Radiant Life Holistic Wellness Center in Naperville, email us for schedule. The  class is approximately 45 minutes. We also offer shorter /up to 30 minutesclasses for Corporate Businesses, Retirement Communities, Hospitals or Seniors and Cancer Centers.
The style we teach is Medical Qigong, which is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine, together with Acupuncture, Acupressure and Herbal Medicine and was used in Chinese hospitals to help to treat different health problems.

Private Qigong or Tai Chi Easy classes

Private Qigong or Tai Chi classes are available. In private Qigong class we work with the client on specific health issues and customize the class. In private Tai Chi class we work on Tai Chi form. We work on proper posture, basic Tai Chi hands movements, Tai Chi walk, working towards simplified Form 24, Yang style. Private class is approximately 30-45 minutes.

Great for beginners or more advanced Qigong students, energy healers and everyone who wants to cultivate energy and raise vibrations.

Thursday - Qigong virtual class

10am-10:45am

Great for beginners and seniors.

What Is Qigong?

Qigong is a ancient Chinese mind and body practice that is mostly used for healing. It’s a simple standing meditation with very gentle hands movements that relaxes the body and mind, activates Vegas Nerve and enables body’s natural ability to heal. Qigong involves whole-body movement, mind focus, and deep breathing that opens body’s energy pathways, promotes smooth energy flow and restores organ harmony. This self-cultivation practice produces powerful healing results. It is also an excellent practice for anti-aging. Qigong is also called “Moving Meditation,” which benefits body, mind, and spirit.

What Is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is an internal martial art that is now mostly practiced as a meditation and used for its health benefits. It involves a series of slow, meditative body movements that were originally designed for self-defense and now used to improve balance, coordination, health, and supports healing, relaxation and disease prevention. Tai chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. In fact, because tai chi is a low-impact exercise, it may be especially suitable if you’re an older adult who otherwise may not exercise.

What Should I Wear?

Wear comfortable shoes and clothes. Please, dress accordingly to the weather, it’s a meditation class and we want you to feel as comfortable as possible.

What Should I Bring?

We will be standing entire time, so if you have difficulty to stand, bring folding chair with you. Mosquito repellent and water bottle are recommended for outdoor classes. It’s a meditation class, so turn off your cell phone and try to avoid any distractions. Other than that, come with open mind and open heart.

How Long Are The Classes?

Group Qigong and Tai Chi classes are 45 to 60 minutes. Private classes and classes for Corporate Businesses, Senior and Cancer Centers are 30 minutes, but we can adjust the schedule according to client’s needs.
