About Hummingbird Qigong
Hummingbird Qigong is part of the Hummingbird Project LLC. We offer beginners Tai Chi and Qigong classes, virtual or in person and virtual or in person Breathwork Coaching sessions. We offer corporate classes, classes for Retirement Communities, Seniors Centers, Hospitals. We also offer unique Energy Healing sessions, in person or remotely, utilizing Medical Qigong Therapy, Reiki, Bioenergy Healing, Tuning Forks and gentle Acupressure.
Hi There, I’m Zuzana
And the hummingbird is my spirit animal. Even though it’s so little, it brings joy and lifts up the spirit of everyone who sees it. I really want to be like that hummingbird, just a small part of people’s life that brings joy, hope, balance and relaxation.
Teaching Qigong Meditation and Tai Chi and doing energy work is very rewarding. I love seeing people leaving my classes or sessions happy, relaxed and full of hope that they can improve the quality of their lives.
I am Master of Medical Qigong MMQ, certified Tai Chi and Qigong instructor, certified Breathing Coach, Yoga Nidra teacher, Springforest Qigong Healer, Reiki 2 Practitioner, Pranic Healer, completed certified Acupressure Training and Acupressure Mastery Program, and Tuning Forks sound healer. I also have Doctor of Pharmacy diploma from Slovakia.

What I Offer
Qigong Classes
I teach group classes, virtual or in person. I also offer shorter (30-45 minutes) classes for Corporate Businesses, Senior Communities or Hospitals. Private classes are also available.
Tai Chi for Health Classes
Acupressure, Medical Qigong Therapy, Reiki and Energy Healing
I offer unique energy healing sessions, in person or remotely, utilizing Reiki, Bioenergy Healing, Medical Qigong Therapy, chakra balancing, Tuning Forks and combine it with gentle, but very powerful Acupressure, depending on client‘s needs. The sessions are approximately 60 minutes. First intake takes longer, up to 90 minutes.
